As part of that commitment, we continuously refine our processes to ensure our members get the gear they need when they need it—while also expanding our inventory to provide more options. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our updated Express Switch and Restock Switch options, designed to improve access to the bats you love.

Why the Change?

1️⃣ More Bats, More Options – In the past, we couldn’t carry as many bats as we wanted because of the way our switch process worked. By adjusting our system, we can now offer a wider variety of bats for our members.

2️⃣ Reducing Wait Times – Previously, members had to return their bat before receiving a new one, which often led to delays. Our new process eliminates this for most switches, meaning you get your new bat faster.

3️⃣ Clearer and More Flexible Switching Options – We’ve refined our switch process to offer two options—Express Switch and Restock Switch—so you can choose what works best for you.

What’s the Difference Between Express and Restock Switches?

Express Switch – Get Your Bat First

For members who want their new bat as quickly as possible, the Express Switch is the fastest way to upgrade. If the bat you’re switching to is out of stock, we’ll prioritize sourcing it—even if it means securing it directly from the manufacturer.

How to qualify for Express Switch:

Restock Switch – Budget-Friendly Option

If you’re flexible on when you receive your new bat, the Restock Switch allows you to switch at no extra cost while waiting for inventory to become available.

Important Update for Current MVP Members

📢 Effective immediately, all MVP members using their free switch must return their bat first before receiving their new one—regardless of the switch option selected at checkout.

⚠️ Want to receive your new bat first? You’ll need to upgrade to an Express Switch by using your 20% MVP discount and paying the Restock Fee. Your new bat will then ship with a return label for your old one.
