Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bat Club USA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

If you are returning an item to us for any reason DO NOT USE YOUR OWN LABEL. We provide shipping labels to members for switches or returns. Please reach out to us for a label if you need on. Members will be responsible for the full buyout amount for any items lost during delivery that were sent using a label not provided by Bat Club USA. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

* 2-Day Shipping is no longer guaranteed by UPS, we are unable to issue refunds for delays that occur after the item has been shipped. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

At this time, Bat Club USA does not ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bat Club USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Bat Club USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Switching a leased bat

If you are using our no credit check monthly payment option, you can exchange your bat for another at any point inside the year for $50 or less depending on your membership tier. To begin the switch process, log in to your account and go to a product page. From the product page you will find the "start a switch" dropdown which will allow you to choose the bat you will be returning. After picking your plan, checkout as normal and your switch has been initiated.

 

Returning a purchased bat

Unlike other retailers, if you purchase a bat in full with Bat Club but don't like it, we will take it back*. So you can breath a little easier knowing that you won't be stuck with a bat your son or daughter doesn't like a month after you bought it. Bat must be returned new in wrapper for a refund to be issued. 

NOTE: Once you remove the wrapper, the bat is considered open and used. NO EXCEPTIONS 

 

 

Returning non-subscription items

 

Non-Bat Club USA Members

Unused non-membership/bat items purchased in full items still in their original package and condition can be returned for a full refund if returned within 90 days of purchase.  Opened/Used items are not eligible for return. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

(Bats purchased at full price and membership items are not included in this return policy.)
 
Unused non-membership/bat items purchased in full still in their original package and condition can be returned for a full refund if returned within 365 days of purchase. Items returned after 365 days will receive a site credit for the amount of their total purchase. 
 
 
* A Bat Club USA Member is a member with an account that has at least one active subscription.
