Item Protection is a service provided by Bat Club USA that gives our members peace of mind if their items are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Lost or stolen items - Item Protection entitles the member to switch to a new bat without being responsible for remaining membership and buyout payments. The member will still be responsible for any switch fees if they are outside of the demo period. The member will be responsible for the full value of the lost/stolen item if they do not renew for a new item. A police report will be necessary to process a lost or stolen item claim
Broken Items - item protection allows the member to make one warranty claim every 12 months for the same make model and size of their current bat during their term without having to start a new 12-month term. The member will still be required to pay the switch fee if they are outside of the demo period.
